Key Questions What is truly essential to healthy nutrition? What types of food are healthy for the body? What are healthy eating habits to employ?

What is truly essential to healthy nutrition? First off the number one thing you have to worry about nutrition wise is to make sure you fulfill your daily needs for vitamins. Vitamins are what keep your bones and vitals all strong and working proper. Secondly you have to be sure to meet your daily recommended amounts of certain foods as described by the Food pyramid.

What types of food are healthy for the body? The average “healthy food” that is good for the body comes with protein, carbohydrates and is very nutrient dense. With that being said the good foods for the body are usually different varieties of meat or low fat milk. Both of those foods have high rates of protein to them with low fat. Along with these you also need to eat tons of vegetables and fruits during the day so that you can get the nutrients like calcium iron and vitamin a, b, c, and d.

What are healthy eating habits to employ? Some of the most important healthy eating habits are the very simple ones. You have to make sure you pace yourself so that your body can realize that its full since it takes minutes before your body can realize its actually full. Another healthy eating habit to employ is to not eat after 9 pm The reason to this being a lot of people don't burn the calories that they eat after 9 pm because they don't do anything active. With that if you don't burn the calories that you eat before you go to sleep your body turns most of them into fat to live off of.

The Food Pyramid The USDA and the FDA now recommend varied amounts and proportions of certain foods. This to my right is the new food pyramid that tells you a little about those proportions.
