Intro  The market you are entering  What kind of customers will buy your product?  The needs in that market  What need are you fulfilling?  Your qualifications to be in this space

Your Solution  Describe you solution and how it solves the problem / meets the need  How is your solution built?  Why is your solution to the problem different from everybody else’s?  Ex.: Using different technology, efficiency in the process, an active business model, etc.  Stress the uniqueness of your approach  What’s the end value to your consumer? What does your customer get through your approach that would not be available elsewhere?

The Target Market  Describe and explain your target market.  The size of that market  Any major competitors you have in the market  What are the major trends of this market?  Where is the potential growth in this market?

Our Team  Who’s on your team, and how qualified are they to help you run your business?  Your organizational structure and management should be stressed. Take two slides if you have to.  Create a chart or list that matches each of your employees with a working position. If possible, this chart should also show the hierarchy of your company.

Growth Plans and Scalability  How is your company going to expand and create a profit for you and your investor?  Add some statistics on  Number of customers  Units already shipped  Units on order etc.  Give milestones you will achieve in the coming months after funding to focus your efforts.  What are the company’s projections for the next 2-3 years? What milestones can this firm achieve in that time?

Sales and Marketing  Give info on your market segment.  What are some milestones and sales targets you plan to hit?  Give a 3-5 year rough approximation (not too rough!) of your sales figures.  Restate your competitors, and also state possible partners in your sector.  How are you going to market your product?  Advertising  Region of focus  Sales force etc.

Going to Market / Launch  Include if you haven’t already launched  How are you going to launch your product to your target market?  What are the milestones you plan to achieve in the first three months to a year?  What are the major challenges you face to bring your product to market?
