APT Preparations for WTSA-12 The First APT Preparatory Meeting for WTSA-12 was held on 27 May 2011 immediately following the 18 th ASTAP. Meeting agreed on the structure and selected key office bearers. 2nd Meeting: October 2011, Manila, Philippines immediately following the 19 th ASTAP March 2011 WTSA12-3 7

Future meetings of APT Prep Group for WTSA-12 3 rd Meeting: March 2012, Cairns, Australia Will develop draft proposals for WTSA-12 based on the issue papers and contributions from members. 4 th Meeting: August 2012 Final meeting of prep group. Will finalize any proposals to WTSA- 12. Will discuss on coordination arrangements during WTSA-12. Will discuss on proposal from other regions and countries and will decide on the position of APT countries March 2011 WTSA
