Recommendation L.1400 L.1400 General Umbrella, consented on 1st October 2010 Under AAP procedure, 2 comments (KCC, Telefon AB - LM Ericsson) were received during the Last Call period. Comments resolution under way. L.1400 covers definitions and general principles for the evaluation of ICT environmental impacts Focuses on energy consumption and GHG emissions Other environmental impacts, e.g. raw material depletion or water impact will be tackled later
