4 Sub Project 3: ITU-EC Project for the Pacific Islands 2 year programme 15 Countries Aims at building human capacity in the field of ICT through a range of targeted training, education and knowledge measures; Consider in-country assistance – hiring experts from the region; Recipient countries will agree on topics to be covered by this project.
