Payment & Billing Issues | 08  For PayPal and Credit Card Payments, 6% of total amount will be deducted as service charges  If user is paying from Union Pay China, 3% of total amount will be deducted as service charges.  Charges for Western Union and Bank Wire Transfer is dependable on local bank of service center.
