Proposed Polling Locations In 2011 City had 6 mass polling locations with EVID’s. Option for polling location for all City voters to ensure one vote per voter
Advertising Newspaper, Website, and Newsletters § , Fla. Stats. Notice of General Election-not a mandate for a municipality but will comply During 30 days prior to qualifying 2 notices in newspaper

Ballots Early Absentee Election day Provisional Cost per election ~$17,000 printing only Absentee ballots require additional supplies such as a secrecy sleeve, envelopes, and postage
Poll Workers Clerks, equipment managers, ballot managers, assistants, deputies, and inspectors fall under the general category of poll workers. Poll worker training is estimated at $2,250 per day.
Early Voting Council’s option to conduct early voting-Section (1)(e) Must designate each location no later than the 30 th day prior to an election Early voting shall begin on the 10 th day before an election ending on the 3 rd day before the election Shall be no less than 8 hours and no more than 12 hours per day at each site Sites-locations provided by statute
Security Measures Polls are open to voters from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Early voting hours differ but shall be no less than 8 hours and no more than 12 hours per day at each site. Security – Deputy per § (2) at main entrance to polling room; § sealed ballot box at each precinct.
