Korea Information Society Development Institute 14 Information Network Village AIM: providing local residents with access to information HOW: by establishing broadband in rural areas launch in May 2001 now: 363 information network villages across the nation What is INV? offer an opportunity to access information for residents in farming or fishing villages by laying an information foundation such as broadband network, community information centers or web sites connecting consumers and producers to promote the sales of specialties, agricultural and marine products sales of agricultural or marine products: $13,394,000 farm tourism: $7,531,000 (2010)
