Maintenance of Effort Required for: Home to School Transportation Adult Education Regional Occupation Programs or TCOVE Districts must demonstrate they are continuing to expend an amount equal to the annual apportionment (Transportation), and the amount expended in the Fiscal Year for some projrams(Adult Ed and ROP) in the current year.

Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) A Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) must be developed through consultation with stakeholder groups and Board adopted. The Plan must tie LCFF expenditures to academic goals. The Plan is to include:  Annual goals for ALL district students in each of the state’s eight priority areas;  Annual goals for any additional local priorities;  Specific actions the school district will take during each year to achieve the goals.
