TITLE | 19 New Exchange Opportunities District grants may be used to fund exchanges, so long as the students are not direct lineal descendants of Rotarians Outbound-only certified districts: South Asia: 3020 (India), 3051 (India), 3281 (Bangladesh) Africa: 9110 (Nigeria), 9211 (Uganda, Tanzania), 9212(Ethiopia and Kenya only), 9220 (Comoro Islands, Djibouti, Madagascar, Mauritius, and Seychelles only; Reunion and Mayotte are fully certified) Oceania: 9500 (East Timor)
