Close Reading of Act III.v.1-43 After Romeo and Juliet’s night together, they get into their first argument in the morning. However, their argument is packed with metaphor and imagery. You will be creating a Dual Point of View Pamphlet to analyze this scene on a blank sheet of paper. HOW? Fold a blank sheet of paper in half. One side is Romeo’s POV and the other is Juliet’s POV on the morning. On the front, draw the imagery in the lines through symbolism and visual representation. Be creative! On the back, paraphrase what each character is saying about their perspective. Your paraphrase should reveal an analysis of the character’s speech.
