If you want to become an accountant, you will need to be great at working with numbers, reconciling conflicting reports, and paying close attention to detail. The ability to multitask can also be busy. Most accountants work as a team with other members of the accounting team and with members of other departments too, so it’s another plus if you are good at working with people

 Good communications skills. Although accountancy is mostly a numbers job, there will usually come a time when you have to explain those numbers to clients or employers. It helps if you can write and speak clearly, and have an outwardly friendly nature. Computer skills. Today, virtually all accountancy work involves working with a number of general and specialized computer programs. If you’re good with computers (starting with a calculator), and can quickly learn new programs, you should be able to handle this job nicely  Laws, rules and regulations. Much of business and tax accounting involves working with various rules imposed by the city.state or federal government. It’s crucial to not only know these regulations, but to stay current on any changes  Tasks and responsibilities When you make a career out of accounting you do peoples taxes for them and you have responsibilities because if you mess up you could get fired or your clients will stop coming to you which puts you out of business.  Data-people-things –  Work environment-The work environment for an accountant is typically a professional office setting. Accountants tend to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.  Aptitudes and abilities- Education and training-For starters, you’ll need a degree from an accredited college or university, and preferably a bachelor’s degree instead of an associate’s degree. The higher your degree, the better job you’ll be able to get. You can also choose to further your education with a master’s degree, whether it’s a master’s of business administration or a more focused master of accountancy. Salary and benefits- the salary varies a lot depending the degree you have the higher the degree the higher the job the higher the salary. Working hours-

0-3 years of experience4-6 years of experience Public Accounting (large firm) $51,500-$74,250 $ 71,000-$92,250 (large firm) Public Accounting (medium firm) $42,250-$66,750 $64,250-$84,500 (medium firm) Public Accounting (small firm) $42,500-$60,500 $57,000-$74,000 (small firm) Corporate Accounting (large co.) $41,750-$68,500 $67,000-$86,500 ( large co.) Corporate Accounting (medium co.) $40,000-$63,250 $60,250-$79,500 (medium co.) Corporate Accounting (small co.) $37,000-$56,750 $52,750-$68,500 (small co.)

 If I just started out at a small corporate I would make around 52,750-$68,500 so I could afford a decent car and a medium sized house.  If I worked at a large corporate I would make around $67,000-$86,500 so I could afford be a better car and a better house.  If I worked at a small firm I would make around $57,000-$74,000 so I could get a decent car and a nice home, not fancy but not a shack.  If I worked at a large firm I would make around $71,000-$92,250 so I could get a nice car and house.  I would not have to go to a different state for my job there are many accounting jobs in the state of Michigan.  The career cluster that this falls under is business and administration.

 Principal-the head or director of a school or, especially in England, a college.  The principal is the head of the school makes the rules, etc.

 Values- I like to work with kids so it would be a good fit.  For tasks and responsibilities I would have to make sure the school doesn’t get out of control. I would also have to make the rules for the school because I would be the leader I am going to be working with other people so I would be good if I were friendly and have a positive attitude. *My working environment would be in an office and around kids and adults. My working hours would be the school hours just I would have to show up a bit earlier to get set up for the day. In case of any paper work or anything I would also stay a little after the time of when school gets let out. In order to become a principal I would need Most schools require elementary, middle, and high school principals to have a master's degree in education administration or leadership for my education. The salary for a principal varies because other school districts pay a different amount.  As a principal you get benefits such as Medical, dental and vision coverage, Retirement plans, including a 401(k) with company match, On-site child development center at corporate headquarters, Employee stock purchase plan, Free access to on-site financial services professionals, Flexible work arrangements, Personal leave, Parental leave, Volunteer time off, Employee Resource Groups, Health and wellness programs, including on-site fitness facilities where available, No meeting Fridays, Domestic partner benefits  The career outlook of a principal is The overall job outlook for school principals is similar to that of teachers. By 2022, the job growth rate for principals is projected to increase by around 6%. Since school enrollment numbers are expected to increase, the need for school principals should remain strong, as long as state and local budgets don’t prohibit more schools from opening. Given schools are located everywhere, there are no particular hotspots where principal openings are more common. However, school enrollment numbers are projected to grow the fastest in the South and West, meaning more job opportunities could be available in those areas of the US.  There are many principal job opportunities in Michigan let alone the U.S.A so I would not have to leave the country nor the state (international outlook)  Career cluster-

average 0-3 years 3-9 years 10+ years  Michigan salary 82,200 76,600 82,400 86,100

Principals make fairly decent money if I were to be working 0-3 years I could get a running car with a $15,000 budget and a nice house for about $50,000 and have around $ 15,000 extra dollars in case I get married and have kids if my research is up to date. The more years of experience I get the more money I can work with for my life.

 Education and training

 Automotive engineers work on the development of ground-based vehicles including passenger cars, commercial vehicles and off-highway vehicles. Their activities largely fall into either: design (new products or revising existing ones) research and development (finding solutions to engineering problems

 Values- some values are that I love to work with cars so it would be cool to do that and my dad did it for 17 years.  Tasks and Responsibilities-Design and test parts for moving vehicles. Design, manufacture, and operate engineering subsystems. Engineer attributes of an automobile. Produce visual interpretations of automobiles and their parts. Select materials for production. Use mechanical, thermodynamic, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical principles to resolve engineering problems. Research designs and past machinery. Build prototypes. Those are some of the responsibilities and tasks for this job.  I will be working with data by using numbers. I will be working with people to get the job done. also be working with things like tools and computers.  Working Hours-You would normally work 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, but as a production engineer, you may have to work shifts.  Working environment- You could be based in an office, at a research facility or at a manufacturing plant.  The education I need is Automotive engineers typically complete a mechanical engineering program at a four-year college. Such programs often include a co-op program, enabling students to gain important experience before they graduate college  Job Outlook - The BLS projects a 5 percent increase in automotive engineer jobs through 2022, coming in below the average growth rate for all jobs. Much depends on the long-term outlook of the automotive industry which is in transition. Those engineers with the desire to pursue advanced technologies such as electric vehicles are especially in demand. Engineers with a desire to relocate can find work across the United States and in some cases abroad  Job hours- I will most likely work in an office so I would work the normal 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. shift  Benefits - Insurance, Health & Wellness  Health Insurance Health Insurance  Dental Insurance, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Vision Insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), Life Insurance, Supplemental Life, Insurance, Disability Insurance, Occupation Accident Insurance Health Care On-Site, Mental Health Care Retiree Health & Medical Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Financial & Retirement Pension Plan Retirement PlanRetirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Performance Bonus Stock Options Equity Incentive Plan Supplemental Workers' Compensation Charitable Gift Matching Family & Parenting Maternity & Paternity Leave Work From Home Fertility Assistance Dependent Care Adoption Assistance Childcare Reduced or Flexible Hours Military Leave Family Medical Leave Unpaid Extended Leave Vacation & Time Off Vacation & Paid Time OffVacation & Paid Time Off Sick Days Paid Holidays Volunteer Time Off Sabbatical Bereavement Leave Perks & Discounts Employee Discount Free Lunch or Snacks Employee Assistance Program Gym Membership Commuter Checks & Assistance Pet Friendly Workplace Mobile Phone Discount Company Car Company Social Events Travel Concierge Legal Assistance Professional Support Diversity Program Job Training Professional Development Apprenticeship Program Tuition Assistance

 The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that the average salary of engineering workers in the automotive parts industry was $68,340 per year as of 2011, while those in motor vehicle manufacturing averaged $87,280 per year.

For an auto engineer I would make around somewhere around $68,000 so I could afford a nice house and a nice car. If I were to work on motor vehicle manufacturing averaged $87,280 per year so I could afford a better car and house if I wanted, and enough to start a family.
