PROJECT REVIEW GROUP Session E1

Does the goal align with the purpose of the institution? Are the objectives realistic and achievable? Is the quality sufficiently high? Is the project tightly designed to achieve the objective? Does the budget adequately cover the proposed activities? Can staff & management implications be accommodated? Does the proposal avoid major ethical or political problems? Are the potential clients acceptable to institution?

Is there an adequate funding plan? Is there adequate provision for disseminating outputs to defined audiences? Is there adequate budgetary provision for monitoring & evaluation? Are capacity building & partnerships adequately covered? Is the project replicable in other countries/regions? Does the proposal conform to the requirements of the intended client, in terms of subject and format?
