Impel Prosecutors project

EU Network for Implementation and Enforcement of Environmental Law (IMPEL) is an international non-profit association of the environmental authorities of the European Union Member States, acceding and candidate countries of the EU and EEA countries. Formed in 1994 following an EU review of Environment Agencies and EU Legislation Aim is to promote good practice, training, exchange of information and development of environmental networks across Europe
