 Emotions – feelings such as love, joy or fear.  Mood swings – frequent changes in emotional state.  It is normal to experience many different emotions in a short period of time, especially in your teen years. This is mainly due to physical changes with hormones. How you manage your emotions can affect your health and others around you.
