1. Minimum limits of liability Yes, our country has difficulties with the minimum limits of liability specified in paragraph 2 of Annex B of the Protocol on Liability and Compensation. 3

2. Establishing financial limits on a higher level No. We are waiting for the decision on this topic by the EU Commission. 4

3. Available insurance solutions There are no insurance solutions available to cover the liability specified in paragraph 2 of Annex B of the Protocol on Liability and Compensation in Hungary. Our undertakings can use financial guarantees provided by banks. 5

4. Private insurance sector We have not consulted the private insurance sector in this regard. 6
