What I believe? As an Orthodox Christian I cling to the Faith of the Church spelled out in the Nicene Creed and in the Church Liturgical prayers and Church Fathers writings. The main teaching on Christ second coming is shared by the rest of the orthodox churches and the Catholic Church and mainstream protestant churches.

The Late Great Planet Earth Hale Lindsey 1970 Hale Lindsey (travelled with Campus Crusade for Christ for 8 years. Later Lindsey launched his own prophetic ministry. In his book he interpreted the bible with the newspaper as a commentary. He took current events and poured them into a prefabricated apocalyptic mold. Predicted the second coming to be 1988 (40 years after 1948 of the return of the Jews) based on the parable of the fig tree- Matt 24:32-34
