SpikerSystems, LLC Gaming Innovations & Applications Co-Founders: Martin Wollner David Wollner

All rights reserved SpikerSystems LLC has a set of patents pending on all applications and games shown in this presentation. This material may not be distributed without SpikerSystems LLC prior approval and written consent.

Introduction The applications and games demonstrated in this presentation allow any size casino to operate exciting new innovative games invented by SpikerSystems. In addition, our Casino-wide architecture provides efficient automation of manually intensive procedures that are high-cost and unsafe.

SpikerSystems Games Our games combine live table action with easy-to-use “chip less” electronic player interfaces, providing high efficiency, flawless security, reduced manpower, and rapid game cycle time. Countless table configurations are possible and easily configurable.

Games Features Our games feature easy-to-operate changeable screens to accommodate any range of player experience, from novice to expert. This eliminates novice player intimidation common in live table games. Beginners can join a live game using a simplified wagering screen as easily as playing a slot machine. At the same time, expert players are presented with a choice of challenging gaming screens and wont be bothered by the novice players, as in traditional live games.

Games Features (continued) All of our games utilize an intuitive, simple-to- learn framework, and clean, familiar, no-frills booking layouts. This is done to direct player attention to the live game itself. We consider the interface is simply a tool to help automate age-old wagering procedures, already familiar to players.

Games Features (continued) Our proprietary gaming applications and innovations are world-class, second to none, fun and exciting to play! Many, many “even-money” wagers make the game attractive for players looking for better than 99% payback strategies, resulting in longer play time, and more fun.

Games Features (continued) Our games also feature a wide variety of separately played sub-games, all concurrently running from a single random event. For example, from a single roll of three dice, several games can be played, including 2-dice and single-dice games, coin-flip games, one-of-three games, etc. Players can easily switch between games and often play several concurrently.

Proprietary Games Features These are patent-pending innovations from SpikerSystems, including: Three-Dice Craps TruePlaceBet wagers Be-The-House FuturesBets GamePhaseBets Etc.. THESE ARE ALL DESCRIBED BELOW.

Proprietary Games Features are For Sale! Many of the new SpikerSystems proprietary game features are available for inclusion in your casino’s current games for new, novel capabilities.

Casino-Wide Architecture Our games can be used in “stand- alone” mode, but are designed to be the “front end” of SpikerSystems all- encompassing Casino-wide Architecture. This provides new highly efficient automation for many of your currently labor-intensive manual processes:

Casino-Wide Procedure Automation Automate accounting by table, by player by dealer, etc, with database storage and automated and/or manual reporting by hour, by shift, by day, week month or year. No more costly hourly manual chip-counts or summation or reporting errors!

Casino-Wide Procedure Automation Automate dealer shift and table assignment scheduling, track dealer activity, provide reports, and define alarm notification conditions for normal and exception activities. Automate security by defining alarming conditions and notification actions. For example, a page can be sent to the floor manager if and when a table’s hourly cycle time falls below a pre-defined value.

Specifying, testing, and deploying game wager changes Use SpikerSystems easy-to-use wager specification interface to quickly define, test, and instantly deploy changes to payouts, wager minimums, maximums, odds allowed, etc. Changes can be made during a live game without interruption.

Rapid prototyping and new game development Use SpikerSystems incredible rapid prototyping framework to quickly develop and test new custom wagers to add to your existing games, and even create your own brand new custom games. These new games will use all the great features of our game framework and fit seamlessly into the casino-wide architecture model.

Developing additional custom casino- wide applications SpikerSystems rapid prototyping framework can also develop many useful custom applications your casino needs: Automated security tracking by table, by player by dealer, etc, with embedded alarm notification. Automated player rating-tracking database reporting and host database interfaces. Manually operated utility applications for tracking play in non-automated games. This allows you to integrate existing games into the Casino-wide architecture and seamlessly include these activities in reporting and notification definitions.

SpikerSystems Services Consultation, installation and configuration assistance and training is included in all of our standard packages. Applications can also be customized to your casino’s needs.

Services (continued) Software integration and host database interfacing, custom reporting and alarm notification services, custom integration of our proprietary applications; The possibilities are endless!

Break time! When we return, we will examine the flagship of SpikerSystems casino games, the game called Thrice. We will start with a basic description of the game of Craps, and review the simple mathematics of standard 6-sided dice.

The two dice roll utilized in 2-dice Craps (2DC) and 2- dice Crapless-Craps (2DCC)

Two dice craps (2DC) - Overview There are 21 distinct roll combinations that result from the 36 possible rolls. (SHOW LIST) The house advantage is generally < 2% when playing standard pass-line, come, don’t pass-line, or don’t come craps with the ‘7 out.’ A player can reduce this to < 1% by laying odds, placing odds, or other hedging strategies. There are 11 distinct POINT numbers that can be rolled in 2DC, #2 to #12, and the mathematical mean is the number 7.

Two-Dice craps (2DC) and Two- Dice Crapless-Craps (2DCC) Discuss 2DC vs. 2DCC here.

Three Dice Roll (3DR)

Three Dice Roll (continued) There are 56 distinct roll combinations that result from the 216 possible rolls. (SHOW LIST) There are 16 distinct POINT numbers that can be rolled in 3DC, #3 to #18, but there is NO unique mean number (10.5 is not a possible dice throw).

SpikerSystems Three Dice Craps (TDC) SpikerSystems has developed a proprietary game called Three Dice Craps (TDC), based directly upon the rules and play of “standard” 2-Dice Crapless Craps. Expert players of 2DC and 2DCC will intuitively understand the game of TDC and immediately enjoy playing the game.

TDC (continued) To make this game play like 2DCC, SpikerSystems has chosen multiple numbers to act as the “table-out” (the equivalent of the 7 in 2 dice craps games). The 7 and 14 and all of the triples were chosen, based upon the statistical outcomes that keep 3DC at a slightly different house- advantage as that seen in 2DCC.

TDC (continued) These were also chosen for another important reason; to provide exactly 1/6 th of the total roll combinations as table outs, as occurs in 2 dice craps games. Again, to closely follow the play that occurs in two dice craps games, the 7, 14, and all triples represent a total of 36 table outs; 36/216 = 1/6 just like 6/36 = 1/6 in 2 dice craps games.

SpikerSystems’ new games that run off of the mapping of a 3DR to 2DR The mapping from a 3 dice roll to a 2 dice role is the foundation upon which proprietary SpikerSystems games are played off of including: Thrice ® (Game #2) ® More work needs to be done!!!!!

3DR to 2DR Mapping can be applied to current casino games too!!! The mapping from a 3 dice roll to a 2 dice role can also be used for many traditional games at a casino as well including: Roulette Two-Dice Craps Two-Dice Crapless-Craps
