Menus Links to updates and information from DataDirector Access, edit, and create classroom assessments Access pre built MEAP, MME, and DIBELS reports View state and national standards Access district students with filters, create custom reports. Create cohorts in order to efficiently track progress.

Student Profile Report Enter the student’s information and click “Go”.

Student Profile Report

Activity 1.Access your DataDirector account. 2.Access the Student Profile Report for one of your students. 3.What information is there that is useful? 4.What additional information would you like to see?

Creating Programs 1.Create the Program 2.Identify the Students for the Program. Can be done in the Students Section or Program Section 3.Attach the students to the Program. 4.Add teachers to the Program (if necessary). 5.Share the Program (if necessary).

Using Programs If you’d like to view assessment results for students in a program: 1.Make sure the assessment is shared with you! 2.Access an Assessment Report 3.Modify the Report 4.Choose “From Program” in Roster Options. 5.Select the Program, Report Type, and Assessment. 6.Choose “By Rostering” under Display.

Activity 1.Access your DataDirector account. 2.Create a Program. 3.Add students to your program. 4.View assessment results for students in your Program. – Make sure the assessment is shared with you!

Custom Reporting

Activity 1.Access your DataDirector account. 2.Create a Custom Report with: A.Demographic Data (Behavior Incidents, etc.) B.Academic Data (MEAP, NWEA, etc.)

Activity 1.Access your DataDirector account. 2.Access your Custom Report. 3.Refine your Custom Report.

Your Needs 1.What type of data do you wish to collect? – Observation – Performance – Multiple Choice, T/F, etc 2.What do you want the data to show? – Growth from Pre to Post – Progress over time – Credit / No Credit – Performance on Standards
