Ploiesti “Oil and Gas University” Theoretical and experimental researches in the production of electricity using wind power potential with low-intensity environment of pollutants.

Solar and wind energy The laboratory is equipped with a data monitoring system referring to the energetic intensity of the wind and the sun resource. The stand is designed to study possibilities of allocating resources of renewable energy to various consumers.

The stand is equipped with an electronic system for data acquisition in real time coupled to a database that stores values every 5 minutes.

Geothermal surface The use system of geothermal energy surface for the production of heat using a heat pump of 5kW.

Geothermal area The stand is used to study the maximum energy that can be obtained from the soil through various systems: groundwater well water, the vertical shaft with a loop in U, with groove and polyethylene spiral groove with a simple polyethylene pipe. In soil in the vicinity of the extraction of heat were installed 40 temperature transducers. The signals are collected in real time by an efficient data acquisition.
