Statewide Voluntary Preschool Program (SWVPP) – 2007 The purpose of this preschool program legislation is to provide an opportunity for all four-year-old children in the state of Iowa to enter school ready to learn. The SWVPP is only reaching only about 50% of the 4-year-olds in the Quad Cities. What does this mean for Trinity? School Year preschool students 75% of our preschool families use one or two of these funding sources. 40% of families are unchurched 51% of students have not been baptized These sources of funding are a blessing not only to these families, but also to us! The funding provides the opportunity for us to share the love of Christ.
