> Preparation of show floor plans > Approval of stand plans for both single-storey & multi- storey stands > Rules & regulations, ensuring that exhibitors comply with the general regulations of the event > Collection of damages deposit from each exhibitor, the refundable deposit & reimbursing the said deposit to exhibitors if no damages has been caused > Venue inspection > Floor marking, based on the final approved & confirmed floor plans > Contractor passes, producing & distributing service passes to exhibitors’ contractors for access during the assembly & dismantling periods > Construction supervision, monitoring the progress of the construction, installation & dismantling of the exhibition Show Management Services pico: hong kong
