Gene doping of mice with PGC1a via ormosil to produce fitness Kamran Rowshandel

The question Can exercise be substituted?

PGC1a Causes mitochondrial biogenesis Prevents ROS-mediated degradation and other damage to mitochondria by signaling for the expression of a slew of proteins that keep mitochondria healthy Expressed every time you exercise!

Ormosil Ormosil is organically modified silica and has many purposes due to physical characteristics it possesses due to the way it is on a “nano” level There are multiple ways of getting a gene to be expressed by an animal, but some methods have drawbacks Ormosil does not have drawbacks compared to viral gene delivery vectors, which have killed people in the past

The method Ormosil vectors are made by mixing the gene and ormosil together in solution and letting sit for 30 minutes IV injection into adult mice yields expression of the vector

Naturally, A group of 60 adult mice will be injected with the treatment A group of 40 adult mice will exercise daily on motorized treadmills And a group of 20 adult mice will be sedentary

Around the world in 80 days Groups will be examined for indicators of fitness such as muscle development by visual appearance on a daily basis as they are fed and taken care of On the final day all mice will be run on motorized treadmills to exhaustion

Just maybe Perhaps the group which received treatment will be able to run as long as the mice which exercised daily Examination of the muscle tissues in each group by microscope will then be done to find what changes high levels of PGC1a can cause in muscle tissue
