In this module we will cover some basic concept of how Pop Ups are generated and also to help you understand the functions and features of the standard five pop-ups that appear on screen for each type of call. Practice Info This is the first section. The Practice Information section contains the following details: The Practice Opening Hours and Days The Practice contact details such as fax, mobile number and phone number details The list of general practitioners along with their contact details Text boxes for the slide number 5 Click on next to continue 

Practice Info Data Transferring Confirmation dialog box (Figure 2.93) will appear and asking for the user’s confirmation to transfer data. Click this button to proceed. Click on back to continue  Click on Back button should bring the user to slide number 5

Roster This is the second section. You can view the rota detail(s) of practices and clinics. It also contains the following details: Today’s Notes shows the current day details. Practice Notes shows the practice notes. Area Notes shows the notes related to the respective area notes. Text boxes for the slide number 5 The roster details will be shown till specified additional time. After that time it will be removed from the call popup screen and new roster details will appear in its place. Click button from the top right of the section to view the complete roster details Click on back to continue  Click on Back button should bring the user to slide number 5

Triage This is the third section. You can view the triage notes interpolated by the user for organization/practice. It shows the practice(s) and their relevant address details along with opening and closing hours. Practices This is the fourth section. The Practices different organizations/practices will be listed along with their contact details and opening hours. You can click the practice name (hyperlink) given at the top of each practice pane. After clicking practice/organization name the application will redirect user to the Practice Information section Text boxes for the previous slide Click on back to continue  Click on Back button should bring the user to slide number 5

Services This is the fifth section. To view the list of available services of linked organizations/practices you can select Services tab from the header On this section all the available linked services will be shown in their respective panes.
