 There are 90 elements, about 40 of them are found in human body.  C,H, O, N  Major elements, 96%  Ca, Fe, Co  lesser elements.

They are simple substances that don’t have subunits. They are natural.

 They form the structure of organic compounds.

 It joins the structure of bone and teeth and is found in milk, egg, yogurt.  In the deficiency, ricket is seen in children.

 It joins the structure of hemoglobin and is found in yellow egg, spinach.  In the deficiency, anemia is seen.

 It provides hair extension; in the deficiency, hair falls off.  It is taken into the body by green pepper

You can take it into your body with onion, garlic, fish, or salts with iodine.
