SMAW TREE DRAWING/SIGNATURE. CUT MATERIAL TO LENGTH DEPOSIT WELDS ON TRUNK ( ). FORGE BRANCHES: 1. ROUND 2. TAPER 3. BEND. DEPOSIT WELDS ON BRANCHES (90-105). GRIND BRANCH ENDS TO PREPARE FOR WELDS. WELD BRANCHES TO TRUNK ( ). CUT THE BASE WITH PATTERN CUTTER OR CUTTING TORCH. GRIND BOTTOM OF TRUNK TO PREPARE FOR WELD. WELD TRUNK TO BASE ( ). WELD ROOTS TO BASE ( ). CUT HOLE (OPTIONAL). FINISHING TOUCHES: FILING, WIRE BRUSH, INITIALS, PAINTING
