Reflection We must hold on to our students We have to keep delivering our instructional best in the classroom, and we must expect more from our students

GOAL 1 Improve literacy and build mathematical skills Use of research-based instructional strategies Journal Writing Accountable Talk Pacing guides and common assessments aligned with district periodic assessments Uniform implementation of periodic assessments in all core areas A rigorous and relevant instructional program

GOAL 2 Small Learning Communities Strengthen and refine the implementation of SLC’s to promote personalization for all students Develop relevant curriculum for advisory periods and use consistently school wide Expand the implementation of Learning Teams
