3  MAIN OBJECTIVES  A nalysis of existing:  tools,  criteria,  guidelines,  and regulations,  in ergonomics and work related occupational diseases of MSS in participating countries.  Appropriate application of them in order to:  better quality of life for working population,  increase labor productivity,  saving medical expenses.  Creation of a database with:  recommendations,  examples of good practice and new methods,  applications in different work cases,  dissemination of these materials in small and medium-sized enterprises. 10 BENEFITS FOR SOUTH WEST  ERLIER  Ergonomics is not easily applicable in SMEs  standards and government regulation are not the law  existence of many of these standards and government regulation  penetration of new techniques in Ergonomics  NOW  Interest in Ergonomics in Czech Republic is growing rapidly:  Czech Ergonomic Society  Master theses and Bachelor theses  Purchases of sophisticated ergonomic softwares  DELMIA – Ergonomics Design and Analysis  Tecnomatix – JACK  Managers want to improve the working environment  THEREFORE  the enterprises need our help and we need to be connected and synchronized in Europe – new and easy ergo methods
