Ergonomics and ergonomics risks -Turbulent market conditions, influence of economics, monetary crisis, moral crisis, technological progress => productitvity increase => work environment risks; -Risk prevention done by ergonomics (illustrated via probability „P“ and consequence „C“); -R = P*C; -Risk factors: modifiable and unmodifiable.

Stakeholders and CSR - Responsibility towards society; -Definition: “CSR is a concept whereby companies integrate social and environmental concerns in their business operations and in their interaction with their stakeholders on a voluntary basis”; -Stakeholders: shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers and distributors, local communities, competition, media, public, NGOs, government, other business partners; -Employees as a one of the most important internal stakeholders.
