Pathways to Accelerated Completion and Employment grant will enhance PTC’s efforts to develop targeted advising to specific programs through greater use of technology Future strategies to pursue through PACE grant PACE grant requires partnering with local Workforce Investment Board to create “Virtual Career Center” Fully implement POISE degree audit module Student Success Module of POISE will allow advisors to map clear pathway to degree completion Early alert system through ZogoTech

Allows advisors to provide enhanced career exploration and job placement opportunities for targeted programs Successful implementation of Virtual Career Center will allow expansion to all PTC students Ultimate objective at PTC is to provide a clear pathway to graduation and to provide employees in high demand areas for central Arkansas
