SAME GOAL: TO UNITE ON ONE SITE NEW DESIGN: MORE EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT REDUCED TOTAL COST: FROM $20 MILLION TO $17.2 MILLION BUILDING PROJECT UPDATE

Phase 1: Unites Catholic Formation, Parish and School to include A new parking lot to the East and a new water source Building a Parish Activity Center (gym) with additional classrooms Remodel the existing Parish Offices into the Catholic Formation/School space Remodel of the existing gym into two levels of offices and meeting spaces

Phase I: Details Cost of Phase I = $11.5 million Status: Plans near completion Target Start Date: Summer 2015 Target Completion Date: Fall 2016

Phase 2: Church Renovations A new East Entry Renovation of the existing worship space Addition of an Adoration Chapel Cost: $5.7 million Status: Development of plans ongoing

Capital Campaign Results to Date Total Project Cost: $17,200,000 Total Pledged or Received: $9,500,000 Expected Thiensville Sale Proceeds: $1,500,000 Balance to Raise: $6,200,000 We anticipate Parish participation and enthusiasm to grow as the project evolves and as the pace of unpledged gifts becomes known.

Next Steps Phase I plan approval by the City = DONE Secure Archdiocese approval for Phase I to commence once the cash in hand requirement is met: Cash on Hand required to start $6,100,000 Current Cash on Hand $4,800,000 Current Cash Shortfall $1,300,000 Secure cash needed by August 1 st by acceleration of pledge payments and new donations!
