4 © Example 1 – Cool Content Looking for that training ace? Unique to you and no-one else? Start rhyming and humming your line, Even boring subjects will turn divine. At first you may find it clumsy or hard, Push forward and walk that extra yard, And then you’ll be something else, no fear, One of a kind – a Training Shakespeare!

5 © Example 1 – Rhyme your Content Uses & Benefits: 1.Content has better “flow” and will be more easily remembered 2.Especially appropriate for talking about vision and values 3.May balance “heavier” content such as financial or critical subjects Variations & Options: Change the wording of a familiar song Compose music for your “theme” text Give participants a CD with a recording of your training poems
