Planned promotional road shows Promotional road shows planned to promote 2 nd ICEBF. Possible locations & proposed dates – Chennai (June 3, 2015) – Mumbai( June 9) – Bangalore( June 7) – Hyderabad( June 15) CE Ambassadors / CG to accompany and promote their countries during the proposed road shows. Please share your views and select the proposed cities.

“Partner Country & Focus Country” for the 2nd ICEBF 30 th June 2015 shall be the last date for confirming “Partner Country” or “Focus Country” partnership for the 2 nd ICEBF. Country Fact-sheet and message from the Ambassador to be uploaded on ICEBF webpage. Denmark has already shown interest to participate as “Partner Country”. All nominations for Partner and Focus country will be further discussed with MEA (Partner Ministry for this initiative).

Hotel(s) and the package FICCI is in the process of negotiating discounted rates from hotels in Bengaluru. All options shall be available on the website from 1 st June Coordinates of contact person for direct booking in each hotel shall be shared on the website for business delegates. Organisation of Exhibition FICCI shall organise an exhibition along with the forum. 2x2 m built up stalls shall be available for Rs 50,000 (all inclusive). Partner and Focus country to get complimentary stalls at prominent location. Embassies may share the information with the companies of respective countries about the opportunity.

Inviting “Partner Organisations” Embassies are requested to support FICCI in inviting “Partner Organisations” & Investment agencies to support the initiative. Branding of “Partner Organisations & Investment agencies” shall be done on forum website and other collaterals. Platinum sponsor shall get complimentary stall at prominent location.

Support for inviting Speakers’ nominations Embassies are requested to support for inviting Speakers’ nominations and from CE companies operating in India and/or planning to enter Indian market. All nominations are requested before 1 st September 2015.

“Registration Procedure” for CE businesses Offline registration form available at the website. Online registration to start from 1 st June No participation fee for foreign delegates or CE companies invested in India.

“An Evening with CE Cuisines & Products” Interested participating CE countries are requested to let us know if they wish to server cuisines / delegacies of their country to participating delegates. Will speak to Hotel Lalit if it could be served in one of the restaurant for one day. Chefs and products to be arranged by participating country(s).
