Values must be accurate  Fuel Factor A constant used for calculating heat input. There may be a Fuel Factor parameter for each DAS Fuel Type  Load Amount (in megawatts) of electricity or a steam flow for the unit. Load values should be consistent with Time-on-Line Operational Parameters
