LASPDG PLANNING MEETING Year 4 (July 1, 2015 – June 30, 2016) SPDG Day - April 21, 2015

LaSPDG Professional Development (PD) Grant Goal of SPDG is to improve outcomes for SWD through sustainable, evidence-based practices. LaSPDG has four areas of focus: Data-Based Decision Making (DBDM) Family Engagement (FE) Inclusive Practices (IP) Culturally Responsive Practices (CRP)

Overview Year 4 Budget Year 3 of SPDG Budget 3 rd quarter reimbursement balances (copy in yellow folder) 4 th quarter reimbursement due June 30, 2015 Year 4 of SPDG Complete “Year 4 Action Plan & Budget” by May 29, Fiscal Year (July 1, 2015 – June 30, 2016) LEA Allocation Amounts Approved by BESE on April 14, 2015 You will receive LEA allocation amount by your staff contact after today E-Grant System Continue with electronic submission, revision, etc. Year 4 SDPG Budget input into E-Grant by June 30, 2015

SPDG Planning Steps: Step 1 – Review LaSPDG Budgets & Activities Step 2 – Identify Needs using Data Step 3 – Meet as District SPDG Leadership Team and Complete Action Plan & Budget Step 4 – Set up meeting with SPDG staff contact to review plan & budget for project approval by May 29, 2015 Step 5 – Get signatures “Letter of Intent” & share year 4 SPDG plan/budget with appropriate district stakeholders Step 6 – Input budget into E-Grant system & upload “Letter of Intent” by June 30, 2015
