COMMENTS reported pirate transmission is rather stupid joke than criminal intention Aeronautical interference stable 8% Permanent transmission=stuck microphone carriers = perm transm from the ground (generally a variant of FM perturbation) « other items » covers less disturbing and generally sporadic interferences Radar interferences (non quoted here) also trigger limitations and delays (see main text)
