Data Exchange Agreement » Site Administrator Designation Form » Customer Request for Access – PS Form 1357-C –Account Activation » User accounts will be activated after USPS receives the signed agreement and 1357 forms » FAST specific - users will be provided with a SchedulerId and a SchedulerCorpId –Both IDs must accompany all Web Services messages
