 By the end of 2nd grade students at CPS Tech Academies should be proficient at the following concepts:  Input & output devices  Students should be able to  Open & close programs properly (double clicking)  Operate a mouse and or track pad  Know the difference between left & right click  Type a document with capital letters, end marks and proper spacing  Be able to name the parts of the computer  Monitor, keyboard, mouse.  Other Skills  Operating the digital camera or video camera  Save a document
