How do you incorporate mathematics into the exercise aspect of Physical Education  Assign number amount to exercises  Example 1.10 push ups 2.20 sit-ups 3.10 jumping jacks 4.Add the above for total amount of exercise  Require students to count while exercising  Example 1.Have students count exercises by 5 as a class  Require students to use math logic when exercising  Example 1.Top-taps- start at 16 and decrease by ½ that number and continue decreasing by half until reaching 1

Most people think physical education teacher have an easy job. They are under the impression that physical education classes are all fun and games. The truth is that physical educators are required to incorporate other subject matters into their classes. Subjects such as math, science, spelling, and geography are integrated into PE classes. What it comes down to, Is how serious does the teacher takes his or her job. Summary
