Progress Report: weekly

Respect others and you will be respected by others.

No Work, No Credit.

Be on time and Prepared.

Turn in the assignments on time. Any late work will be deducted 20 points. For late work, you have to write on the paper: late work, -20 and sign. Otherwise it will not be accepted.

No Cell Phone, Ipod, Ipad or other electronic device. Consequence: First time warning and parents. Or Teacher Detention. Second time: referral form and pay $15.00.

Dress Code enforced in class. Wear Lamar Logo T-Shirt. Otherwise, you will be sent to office for referral form.

No food or Drinks in classroom.

Hall Pass No hall pass in the first 10 minutes and last 10 minutes of class. Be considerate. If you hold the hall pass for more than 15 minutes, you won’t allow to use hall pass for one month. No hall pass during instruction time.

Homework You are required to do the homework everyday. Normally, it is a video, a quiz included. Or Specific homework is given. Cornell notes is needed if you have questions about quiz or content. Sometimes, if you do not finish your classwork, it automatically becomes your homework.

Supplies Everyone is encouraged to buy a graphing calculator.

Supplies You are required to have a spiral notebook to take Cornell notes in class or at home. A binder or folder is needed for classwork or handout. Each student needs to turn in a poster for project. For one group: Donate one box of tissue and hand sanitizer for class to use.

Monday---Thursday Before School from 7:50-8:20 Monday and Thursday After School from 3:45 to 4:20 Library Tutorial Preferred. Remember to get a pass from me before you come.
