WHAT TYPE OF STUDENT DO YOU HAVE?  I got a 70% on the test. I passed. That’s good, right?  Just getting by; working below potential  I got 94% on the test. I did so bad. I’m going to fail math! Can I have extra credit?  Perfectionist overachiever; excessively concerned with grades; will have an ulcer by the age of 17  I got 88% on the test. I did well. Let me check what I missed, so I don’t repeat my mistakes  Concerned with learning; willing to learn from mistakes; keeps grades in perspective

HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL  Do all assigned work  Don’t procrastinate  Check the answer key posted in Haiku  Review classwork and Notes  Check AERIES  See Mrs. A. after school with questions and concerns

HOMEWORK  All due dates are listed on the HW Log  Homework due on Wed.  HW is checked each week and collected at the end of the unit  Quiz on Wed.; mostly HW problems  Notebook check - quarterly
