The Context ESA supported a Preliminary Technological Scenario (e.g. SDLS); European Space Industry has identified core competences; Reqs are being negotiatedand agreed upon in relevant panels;

The Rationale Technical choice will be, eventually, biased by Manufacturer Industry; Service Industry has to provide competences and skills upon technical consolidation; Space resources are profitable whenever support Technology integration (Navigation, Telecom);
