Presentation transcript:

Mixing and renovation module: to output petrol, kerosene, diesel and mazut with particular characteristics. Specially prepared bio- additives (oxigenats) are added into oil fractions to produce petrol with 92, 95 or 98 octane index, aviation kerosene, diesel with pre-set characteristics, special types of fuel oil with increased combustion energy. Mixing and renovation process are carried out under high pressure with temperature and kinetic effect on mixed media, so new inter-molecular structure of final product is created. The ready products are not settled into layers even during long storage.

Oxigenat producing module: high pressure mixing with temperature and kinetic effect on mixed media results in creation of new inter-molecular structure of oxigenat emulsion (bio- additives). Molecules of special spirits, zitane oils and oxygen saturated water create new inter-molecular net which is not settled in layers even for long storage. Oxigenat addition to oil fractions (gasoil, kerosene, diesel, mazut) helps to produce final products of high quality with pre-set characteristics.

The closed modules with inter-connected and inter- piped equipment are placed in special thermo-containers at workshop. Containers can be easily delivered and quickly installed at any industrial site. Only connections to outside electricity supply and storage tanks for incoming oil and outgoing ready products are needed to start commissioning and test run of the plant.
