Context (2) Air Traffic Management services are facing a continuously increasing demand in air traffic. We need to evolve from technology push and political decisions to a performance driven approach. We need the right metrics to understand demand and performance

Objectives To exchange knowledge and increase our common understanding of performance metrics in ATM. To extend / enforce our network To discuss our challenges To propose future (joint) activities To generate some brilliant sparks ??
