33 Organisational Changes CND Directorate Former EATM Directorates (DAP, DAS), EEC, CMAC and part of IANS (60%) merged New CND organisation will need to focus on: SESAR The implementation of SES Short and medium term improvements One single Administrative Directorate (Directorate Resources) Former DF, DHR and DGS merged Competition of new Director Resources to be published shortly

4 Efficiency Initiative A project has recently been launched to define efficiency targets for the Agencys new Directorates, CND, CFMU, CRCO and DR. This is an internal initiative aiming at reducing the annual budgets below the targets set by the financial parameters. The initiative will cover the period from now until the end of 2012.
