22 Trouble shooting for Repair and Test 1. Display Abnormal (display back/white display disorder etc) a. Upgrading software b. Whether the LCM is break, or whether the FPC rupture; c. Re-soldering connector of FPC cable; d. Replace a new LCM and double test; e. Measure LCM connector by multi-meter as the Pic.18; f. If cant repair yet, please refer to level 3 repair manual. 23 No ring tone and Receiver no tone 2. No ring tone and Receiver no tone 1)No ring tone a. Check speaker SMT issue, and re-soldering; b. If cable is OK, it need to replace a new speaker; c. Check component of speaker circuit on the main board as the Pic.19; d. If cant repair yet, please refer to level 3 repair manual. 2) Receiver no tone a. Check whether the touch is ok between receiver connections PIN and PAD of main board. We also can adjust PIN of receiver to confirm; b. Replace a new receiver and double test; c. Check component of receiver circuit on the main board as the Pic.20; d. If cant repair yet, please refer to level 3 repair manual. 24 3. No receiver a. Check MIC SMT issue and re-soldering; b. Replace a new MIC and double test, as the Pic.21; c. If cant repair yet, please refer to level 3 repair manual. MIC Circuit Trouble shooting for Repair and Test Picture 21 MIC

25 4. No Signal or Weak a. Check whether the touch is ok with shrapnel of antenna and main board, if cant please re-fix; b. Measure the signal receiver circuit between SA100 and W101 by multimeter as the Pic.22; c. If cant repair yet, please refer to level 3 repair manual. Trouble shooting for Repair and Test Picture 22

26 5. Camera failed (Display abnormal Display distortion) a. Clear camera connector. As the Pic.23; b. Replace a new camera; c. Replace a new camera connector; d. If can t repair yet,please refer to level 3 repair manual. Trouble shooting for Repair and Test Picture 23 Camera Connection

27 Trouble shooting for Repair and Test Picture Keypad Failed (No respond No function) a. Check keypad DOME for each key whether is abnormal or clean; b.
