Check the voltage U304 Pin number 1 = 4V - If not : Check the U304 (crack, open, short, etc) 4. Check the Voltage 1) C668 = 3V 2) C665, C674 = 1.8V 3) C667, C677 = 2.6V - If not : Check the U605 (crack, open, short, etc) 5. There is no problem from 1 to 4, check the UCP600

2-2. Lockup / Reset SGH-I900 - If download is completed but it still has the same defect : Check the UCP600 (PDA) (crack, open, short, etc) : Check the UCP200 (Phone) - If download is completed and you cannot find the same defect : Repeat the lockup/reset test declared originally

2-3. SIM Card Failed SGH-I900 Trouble shooting Check the 6-pins of SIM socket There is durst or damaged N Input the power (3.8V) Pin 1, 2, 4 = 3V Pin 3 = 3V Clock Y N Clean or change SIM socket Check U301 or UCP200 ※ It’s a general case. It cannot be available on the special case.

2-3. SIM Card Failed SGH-I900 Check the 6-pins of SIM socket - If there is a durst : Clean the pins - If it is damaged : Change the SIM socket 2. Input the power 3.8V 3. Check the voltage 1) Pin number 1, 2, 4 = 3V 2) Pin number 3 = 3V Clock - If not : Check the U301 or UCP200 (crack, open, short, etc) ※ Check the voltage when you input the power on the PBA. 2-4. Camera Failed SGH-I900 Check the HDC500 - If there is a durst or damaged : Clean or change the HDC500 2. Connect a camera and input the power 3.8V 3. Check the voltage U512 Pin number 3= 3V - If not : Check the UCP600 (crack, open, short, etc) 4. Check the voltage C535 = 1.2V - If not : Check the U512 (crack, open, short, etc) ※ Check the voltage during camera entering mode. - LCD, TSP and camera must be connected to PBA. - Input the power and press key number *#0*# → 7

2-5. No Vibration SGH-I900 Check the HDC500 - If there is a durst or damaged : Clean or change the HDC500 2. Connect a motor, input the power (3.8V), Vibration on 3. Check the voltage U510 Pin number 1 = 3V - If not : Check the U609 (crack, open, short, etc) 4. Check the voltage C541 = 3V - Check the U510 (crack, open, short, etc) ※ Check the voltage during vibrating. - LCD, TSP and vibrator must be connected to PBA. - Input the power and press key number *#0*# → 5

2-6. Bluetooth Searching Failed SGH-I900 1. Check the L119, ANT103 (crack, open, etc) - If there is a problem : Resolder or change it 2. Input the power (3.8V), Bluetooth on, Search devices 3. Check the voltage U101 Pin number 6 = 3.3V, Pin number 5 = 1.8V - If not : Check the U101 (crack, open, short, etc) 4. Check the clock OSC101 = 26MHz - If not : Check the OSC101 (crack, open, short, etc) 5. If there is no problem from 1 to 4, check the MOD100 (crack, open, short, etc)

2-6. Bluetooth Searching Failed SGH-I900 ※ Check the voltage during searching devices - LCD and TSP must be connected to PBA. - Insert a SIM card and input the power. - Activate on the bluetooth and search devices.

2-7. No Charging SGH-I900 Trouble shooting Connect TA to the power supply Y Y Input the power (5V) Current = 400 ~ 600mA U303 P10 = 5V Check UCP600 N N Check U303 or IFC400 Check U301 ※ It’s a general case. It cannot be available on the special case.

2-7. No Charging SGH-I900 Connect TA to the power supply and input the power (5V) 2. Insert a TA to PBA 3. Check the current = 400 ~ 600mA - If not : Check the U301 (crack, open, short, etc) 4. Check the voltage U303 Pin 10 = 5V - If not : Check the U303 or IFC400 5. If there is no problem from 1 to 4, check the UCP600 (crack, open, short, etc) ※ Check the voltage during charging. - TA can be connected to power supply must be prepared.
