CBM: Achieving True Community Impact New CBM match growth is down 2% Jan-Jun –NE-6% –SE+4% –MW-1% –SW-5% –W-7% 2007 highest growth ever in new CBM: 10% Goal for new CBM match growth in 2008: 8% How do we turn the tide?

Effectiveness of volunteer recruitment campaign. The challenges of converting volunteers to matches. (AIM data show a 26% conversion rate.) CBM growth - a staff capacity issue. CBM growth - the impact of staff turnover. What’s Going On?- CBM Poll

Is Recruitment Campaign Working? Is volunteer recruitment down? What is the response to the Campaign for Men? What could you use that you don’t have? Have you done any different recruitment that has been effective?
