Acworth Animal Hospital I used to work at Acworth Animal Hospital. Recently, I volunteered my time to play with the animals and help the veterinarians with the injured and sick ones. The best part of the service- learning project was playing with the dogs. I especially loved this guy, Gus.

Folding towels is all part of the job. One of the most important things at the animal hospital is making sure everything is sanitary.

Feeding Oz was quite a challenge. She loves to escape the confines of her cage and jump onto a friendly shoulder. I helped the veterinarians and technicians by holding onto a few squirmy animals.

I gave Joe a little free time outside. He enjoyed the sunshine and took the opportunity to use the restroom.

Conclusion: Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent with the patients and staff at Acworth Animal Hospital. I felt great about giving my time for sick, injured, and lonely animals. I especially loved playing with the puppies. They are so energetic and refreshing.
