Documents needed to enrol September 2015 A photocopy of the UCL acceptance document "Autorisation d'inscription“, A color passport size photograph with a white background, A copy of a valid passport or identity card, For non-European Union citizens: a copy of the page that contains the student visa ASP, A proof of health insurance (photocopy of European health card or a private insurance certificate), A photocopy of your housing contract, The special enrolment application for exchange student available at Make sure to have all the requested documents

September City Hall Where: Voie des Hennuyers, 1 (near the train station) When: Monday 12:30–16:00 Tuesday–Friday 8:30–11:00 Who: Non-EU Student  mandatory EU Student  optional Go the the City Hall within the first 8 days of your arrival, even if you don’t have all the documents yet.

Courses  Courses from September 15 to December 18  « Smart Week »: October  Possibility to take 2-3 courses outside of LSM –According to your home institution requirements –With the UCL Professor’s agreement  Average workload at LSM : 30 ECTS (6 courses) <25 ECTS with Home institution confirmation  Master level courses at LSM => pre-requisites  Possibility to take French courses at ILV September 2015

Find a Course Via the LSM website: Courses available for exchange students: LSM Courses schedule Via the code of each course: Check regularly as changes may occur! Professors inform of changes via iCampus/Moodle or on « Mon bureau » September 2015

 Enrolment to courses = Learning Agreement + Annex  2 first weeks to « visit » classes  Modification (adding/deleting course) :  Annex to the LA before Sep. 28 to Danisa  Beginning of October, check « mon bureau »:  If your courses enrolment is not correct, i nform quickly Danisa by Wrong courses enrolment = wrong exams registration and transcript of record Enrol to Courses

French Courses at ILV How to choose and get registered? Go to the ILV information session Fill in the ILV registration form with your details and the French course(s) and return to Danisa Write the French course(s) you have chosen (code & title) in Annex to the LA and return to Danisa The French course MUST appear in your official documents: Learning Agreement or its annex September 2015

Exams  2 sessions: January session: January 4 to 22 Retake: August 17 to September 5  2 chances per exam within the same academic year  Exams to be taken within the session  Schedule available 2/3 weeks before the session  Exams from abroad in January only with academic reasons September 2015

Register to Exams  Your responsibility via « mon bureau »  When: information send by Danisa (end of Nov.)  You are allowed to take less exam than the courses you are enroled to:  1 course if less then 25 ECTS  2 courses if more then 25 ECTS  Check also the requirement from your home university  No registration = no evaluation = no grade on the transcript of records September 2015
